I was a bit skeptical at first thinking the KH38s and the SU-30MKM would disappoint when I first got it. I watched numerous videos on youtube about how good it is and have first hand fell victim to the power of this aircraft both in Japan tree and Russia. I finally said it’s time to grind the Japan tree for Air since they have this aircraft and boy oh boy was I not disappointed ONE BIT.
The SU-30MKM is the greatest CAS aircraft in GRB I have ever used hands down from air to air to crushing all its enemies on the ground. I was very happy to GE the rest of top tier to get to this aircraft. It carries a whopping 6 KH38s all ready to blow up any leopard, abrams, or Tseries tank to smithereens with little to no effort.
I will be honest folks if you don’t have the KH38s you are missing on the best CAS in your entire lives. This is just down right PERFECTION, Good job Devs I’m very happy with this work.
Was trolling top tier with the Type 24 BR 9 and managed one kill but from 1 kill to a whopping 9 kill love is KH38

I was expecting to Japan to have access to a more competent close air support platform but wasn’t expecting this. Although it correctly uses the Kh-38ME, export variant of the missile platform, I don’t think Malaysia has a contract to such weapons, Gaijin is purely playing on compatibility in this airplane and giving huge advantage to Japan as a tech tree, not only on air, but as well on ground. I’m wondering what to expect for navy, although Japan has a respectable selection of vessels, apart from 1945, I don’t think there’s anything else that can be added under japanese flag that would have the same effect as the Malaysian Su-30MKM.

I don’t know but this jet was what I needed my whole life in this game. I cannot ever see myself using anything else. Every single bomb run with it is like a FEVER dream where I’m just astounded by its beauty.
The compliments I get after clapping people in this thing is astounding.
EDIT: I honestly believe it compensates heavily for its terrible SPAA.
Indeed. In my personal opinion is absolutely satisfying to have some after match mailing in my private messages. I was playing with T58 yesterday, match was a loss but yet was able to put out some decent scores and left the vehicle when I noticed that nothing could be done and would be a defeat regardless; Later on someone from the enemy team in that match sent me “compliments” for my performance. I think you can guess the reason behing the “compliments”.

It is easier to kill CAS at top braindead SPAA than lower BRs. (Except for helicopters they are just downright broken in most maps)

Its not, su25t is men cas without 6 ir fnf with absurd range and thermals.
Quite same imo, radar screen does all the job for me on tor, 2s6, osa or roland. Also there is much smaller chance to face mach 4.5 ramjet missile searching for your radar.
Speaking of stats, if you look at kps, difference isnt that extreme. Kps shows amount of enemies you can kill in single spawn or game on average. Kd can be bloated by just living till end of match. Also my su34 stats are lower because in most battles I just used gnss bombs and kh38ml. Thats kind of stuff I was also doing in harrier night attack with jdams.
Grinded helis because I had to choose between them and t90m line. Basically no choice considering how bad t90m line is.
