This is simply disgusting, that plane that has been asked to GAIJIN to move it to 13.7 which would be the minimum they should do (I believe SU-30 both the one from USSR (MK2) and the Chinese one (MKK) should be 14.0), but they have done nothing in this whole time.
As you can see, Gaijin has already squeezed the pockets of all those players; I don’t think there will be an issue if they raise the BR now, because I believe they’ve been keeping it at 13.3 simply because that’s what drives sales.
Objectively, I think an alternative would be to limit each team to a maximum of three aircraft of the same model—regardless of the type. This would prevent the blatant spamming of a single aircraft, as this isn’t just a one-off occurrence; formations like this are seen repeatedly.

The Premium SU-30 has the same radar as the SU-27SM but the engines of the SU-27; moving SU-30MKK/MK2 to 13.7 would be fair, it has a decent airframe even if its airframe is heavier that the SU-30SM/SM2.
It has a huge payload in comparition to any other 13.3 plane besides J-11A

Mirage 2k radar is arguably just as bad
and that plane is fine at 14.0
Su-27 radar also just got buffed so there is zero reason for it to stay at 13.7
Humiliating the KR by being straight up better at the same BR is the capital function that keeps the SM at 13.7.
