Right, 1 month. Iirc, the Harrier GR1 went up within a few days when it was first added and was too strong

Puma, m901, ags, and countless other crewless turret vehicles is more than enough to give anyone a decent understanding of what would happen if paired with excellent survivability and damage output.
I think you meant to say "willful lack of balancing on certain vehicles that will make a lot of money " because the amount of games that thing had in December is quite telling. I recommend you give it a look so you understand.

If you can’t win in a plane that gets constant downtiers against fox 1 slinging f-18 while having fox 3s yourself - you better close the game, uninstall it, sell your computer and never touch anything more sophisticated than a portable tetris in your life.
The sole fact that Sparrow equipped f-18 can see ts is enough to make it 14.0 - so it would never happen again. It can go back to 13.7 when decompression happens.
There’s no way this thing should be only 0.3 brs higher than a 4xAIM-120A equipped damn phantom.

Same weapons as BMD-4 at 9.7, same hull as T-90A at 11.0.
9.7 + 11.0 = 20.7 divide by 2 gives 10.35 BR.
None of those are really comparable to BMPT.
