We could easily move Su-27SM up to 14.0
Fix PL-12 ideally and move J-11B up too. (if not then J-11B would still be a sidegrade/minor upgrade to 30MKK)
Then move all 13.3 flankers to 13.7 where they belong

You have the mirage 2K, at 14.0
with an arguably worse radar
worse flight model
and worse missile kit (wowza 6 MICA, that still won’t beat 8x R-77 + optional R-27ER combo)
27SM is the best 13.7 and beats every 14.0, only mirage 2K is comparable

last ones are the Finnish F-18C without HMD, F-18D, normal F-18C Lates and then the Finnish C Late with lots of CMs (latter might beat F-15E for some people)
in that order
F-15I is tied with F-15E
Then comes French MICA mirage
Then Chinese one (Chinese one dispenses flares in a better way for some reason and is slightly lighter irc)
Su-27SM above them all despite not being 14.0 (only reason it isn’t is skill floor)

slow update speed
and TWS HDN only, or SRC PD modes
the only difference is more radar modes and 5 more * on elevation.
both are the same except the M2k radar scan faster
You don’t really scan faster realistically, you’re scanning a much smaller area at around the same speed as N001.
with 120x5 you scan much faster.
and can follow the target in elevation unlike 001
only a significant advantage in sim, which we’re not talking about here

It could face them on launch, we only got 14.7 in february and it was fine.

The funny part is they performed better at launch.
The vertical scan limits are so thin that if the tracked aircraft were to climb or dive slightly it was possible for it to lose lock completely.
Still need to play more. Wont say much for now
