…I honestly just think they are regular people trying to enjoy a video game after work/school. Same as the players on blue-side.
If you’ve boiled down the low engagement and win-rate of red side, which at one point was literally 0% during kings-of-battle - to them being “quitters” and having “fragile ego’s”. Then I think you’re seriously out of touch with top-tier sim.

Debatable tbh. Smokeless motors take a tad bit of getting used to, but once you do, they’re non-issues, and due to pushahead IRCCM, they’re easy to flare if you know what you’re doing. The R-73’s are plenty competitive.

They tend to massively outperform BLUFOR players in KDR in sim, they just don’t do objectives and they quit the moment they die. Its pretty obvious what the cause is. The 27SM wont fix it, because the issue is inherent to REDFOR players and not their jets/weapons/avionics.
9/10 games the majority of my team quits when playing REDFOR despite multiple players being in the double digit kills and low single digit deaths, they only stick around if they’re completely dominating the enemy team to the point of it being like shooting fish in a barrel.

All 4 F-15s and Su-27SMs will be OP compared to F-4F ICE, Mig-29SMT, and others though.

No, the skill differential your observing is a symptom of the state of top tier balance, and not a result of some inherent red side ego problem. The reason why the red players who still consistently play out top tier matches have on average way better K/D then the Blue side players is because its only the legitimately good players on red team who are left. The average or new player cannot economically exist on the red side due to the general advantage the blue side has - so naturally they all leave before they go broke. And its not even that the good red side players are THAT much better then their good blue side counterparts, its just that relatively they will on average end up facing way more lower skill enemies within a match and their KD reflects that. Even up the meta and the new players will come back to red.

F15C will be incredible, by far the best energy manoeuvrability at altitude, 8 AIM120’s and upgraded radar to the F15A.

I am taking these statistics from about year of playing 12.0. It doesn’t matter wich su25 because all of them are good enough to take into top-tier as soviet CAS and do frags because of how nerfed non-soviet SPAA is
but that’s a spaa problem and not an aircraft problem, don’t you agree? I also think that the west lacks spaa and i don’t think the pantsir should’ve been added.
