Yeah, f15C should be a really nice upgrade and will remedy most if not all of the things that kept the current 15’s at 12.3. TWS, hmd, legitimately completely competitive radar missiles - these will make a huge difference to the overall useability of the jet.
You can see even on your post that it existed. MOD tested it, UOMZ decided to lie to not pay money.

I have the EXACT same opinion as you.
I Only play sim and I think it is EXTREMELY balanced. It is just a matter of player skill at all times.
BLUEFOR players CAN beat any redfor jet JUST because of the flight models being absolutely gimped but even then an experienced (Will only be speaking from personal experience and I only play the Flanker) Flanker player can and will always seize short but extremely lethal kill windows no matter the skill of the BLUEFOR Pilot.
The Flankers thing is being super maneuverable, while not well presented in WT it is still very present and will slap any player that slips up even the slightest.
Personally have to disagree with your last opinion but I respect that you think So.
I think it will again always be a matter of player skill in these times.
There is ALWAYS a counter to everything and it is just a matter of when this or that player wants to take the time to properly learn that.

In fact, I’ve played all of them.
Most top tier soviet FMs are dogshit so they aren’t fun to play in sim. 9M is also a free kill 9/10 times in sim. I’ve played both, f16c was the easiest to use
