The poor Su-27 which in simulative becomes 13.3, seems like that boy who goes to the park playing, is bully by the older ones because he is the smallest, as he cannot keep the rhythm of the older ones, but which every now and then succeeds To do something, but most of the time it is only beaten. I think there is no other way to describe its utility as it has no Fox 3 and in BR 13.0/14.0 only people play people with Fox3. Bring it to 12.7 I am afraid that it would be excessively op, but to stay in the 13.0/14.0 band makes it almost useless.
The solution is to add a 13.3 bracket.

Would be one of the strongest 13.3s. would be weaker than the F3 late in BVR but massively stronger in WVR and the F3 would be DOA the instant the Su-27 got close. I can’t really think of anything else on the bluefor side that would stand much of a chance specifically at 13.3. below that the F-15A

F3 Late is the only thing that is on bluefor at 13.3
The other threats would be the F-15A or Gripen A, maybe the F-16s at 13.0 and that’s about it. everything else is on redfor

Yeah… in the F3 Late vs Su-27 fight, there is the slight hope in that the Su-27 doesnt have that good of an RWR and the F3 Late has one of the best. But yeah, I would imagine 80% of my AMRAAMs would be defeated by Multipathing.
My only meaningful hope would be to risk flying higher, at which point im very vulnerable to R-27ER/Ts which imo, are way harder to notch and chaff than any ARH (the ERs obviously not the ETs), and thats with decent chaff like the Gr4. In the F3 late, i doubt its reliable to do.
