The bug is still continuing for me despite the previous fixes where the audio and game stutters around 30 seconds into a battle but only occurs when starting a match not in the menus. Any fixes?

same issue, tried switching to DX 11 as other posts suggested, but no luck
If you have any custom sounds installed then try removing those.
