The sheer idiocy of some players on here continues to astound me. The moronic behaviour like barging through other players’ tanks charging out of spawn without even letting up when a tank is sideways in front of them and also impeding BOTH players progress and thereby the teams chances, deliberately trying to spin tanks around by performing what law enforcement calls a PIT maneuver, barging into team mates tanks as they are lined up and taking a shot, and just general selfish behaviour, is getting completely out of hand. WTF is wrong with people?
It’s hard enough to enjoy the game with matchmaker regularly dishing up team mates that are about as helpful as an ashtray on a motorbike, without team mates actively trying to sabotage their own team out of self-interest.
I think Game has its fair share of ego players who get malding rly quick or let out their frustration from previous match in current one and then just play like a d*
I even had pushers in the Snowball Event. 2nd match i got into it, i shot someones target symbol and he just kept pushing me against the wall. couldnt move and had to J out :/
Even smoke grenades, at least ESS can be seen through with NVD but smoke grenades are a flashbang. I’d say half the playerbase does not know what a team is and thus what teamplay and everything team-related is. Oh, and I’m not blaming premium vehicle users at this point, veterans do it with similar proportion.
Game kinda promotes the ego play tho, Team vs Team MP and it doesnt even have an Voicechat. Not even an optional one. And many of the Rewards u get are better by doing stuff alone like an objective capture you get more rewards doing it alone and given the grind many will try to rush and do it alone
I get that the game has many aspects that see it being played as an individual game because players all have their own agendas like completing different battlepass daily and special tasks etc, which all have different objectives, but I didn’t read anywhere that being an a…hole is part of the deal. Furthermore, while the game used to be somewhat team oriented, and players USED to help each other from time to time, other than squads, those days seem to be over, so perhaps there should be an option for a non-multiplayer version? idk… Just spitballing.
This one genuinely baffles me, when I see people coming to cap alongside me I always wait for them so everyone can get the rewards, when I found out doing this gives less than just caping by myself I started wondering if Gaijin really wants to award teamwork
