It does actually. Source evaluation is very important and there are VERY VERY few primary or even secondary sources the AI has used for this. A was majority is just forum posts with people claiming things with no proof to back it up and the AI has taken it as truth.

Then, I suppose the reason for not adding the m90S is to limit the Strv 103C. The combination of its rate of fire, higher penetration, and relatively high survivability would make it too strong an opponent, especially for Russian players.
