I mean it is uprgraded its just those changes arent really shown in warthunder aside from the smoke and maybe the commander therms. I mean it technically is an upgrade regardless of how he views it.

No lineup, idrc sense im gonna be honest i have the type 90s and they are just 2a4 with better pen and 4 sec reload and they make sense at 11.0, dm33 just makes that vehicle in a spot where you can fight 11.7 mbts which will dunk on it even harder. Regardless im not gonna buy this thing when i have all the TT 2a4s in game lol. Would be funny to buy both prem 2a4s like im collecting infinity stones lmao
