considering the last decision to out of nowhere and probably because of an old event that can be referred as the

cl13 case (9.0 to 9.3) tnx to a very specific group of people that using the skill performance increase his BR even when it was extremely underperforming

i really don’t understand the new BR change 8.7 → 9.0
i don’t believe it can be compared to tank like OF40 mk2, X803, M60 TTS, Leo A1, Class 3 P, 279, BMP3, and the Chinese 9.0 gen 2 thermal gang
or be better than the APZ.K A2 / and the SK-105 A2 are 8.7 that for now share the same BR but have more tech (gen 2 thermal, drone, spotting, a turret ; ), and even a better round) with the same fire rate

the fact of the transmission always breaking while receiving shot no armor against APFSDS you’re dead if you get hit and at 30 degree sideways you can’t aim (even more hull aim is already a tragedy by itself) really compromise its performance and usability

in synthesis considering that no one remember this thing even exist is say
ground RB Strv 103 C 9.0 → 8.7

Gaijin breaking another good line-up, it was the best battle rating 8.7 line-up after the Soviet battle rating 8.7.

the 103C is one of my most successful tanks, but by no means is it super good. yet alone good enough to be put up to 9.0, if you’re not sitting on a hill its basically a free kill if you have any sort of good dart or HEAT round.
