this what you need, Popeye (AGM-142) and Spice-2000 should be added in this update, both with IR guidance and a max range of 20km like the AASM hammers have and also the KH-38 have. this would totally solve the israeli CAS problem once and for all giving us the capabilities that the jet have in real life and also is something that characterizes a lot the IAF.

manual programming for static positions
It has two ways (different heads) of guidance IRL, IR and Laser
Well I am talking about the one, thats currently in the game files (agm-130a)
Su-30SM will have N011M and TVC. We’ve already been told R-77-1 is too powerful (lol), so as much as I was expecting another (hopefully marginally better) Flanker with ARH’s, it’s not what we got this patch, and frankly, that’s okay. Adding the Su-33 would’ve been a royal headache any other way than they did as a Squadron vehicle, and at an aggressively low BR, it’s going to feast when not up-tiered, and frankly, will basically play the same as any other ARH equipped Flanker in most situations anyhow.
It would’ve been nice to get a TT addition, but I’m not crying about it.
Like I listed in the reply to shini, there are a bunch of counterparts they could add and just bring other gimped MBTs closer by ungimping them.
The SEPv3 is a example I use a lot because it’s also my favorite tank irl looks wise, which could have been added for a long time but gaijin stopped really caring about top tier ground balance.
But I want to fix balance for the other nations just as much, if I didn’t want balance for all nations I wouldn’t have 7 ground trees at 12.0.

nah the winter event stuff is something different, we already know from a leak that showed a good chunk of this update, tho do take it with grain of salt, however the Q&A the devs did does support the leak

The AGM-130 is equipped with either a television or an imaging infrared seeker and data link. The seeker provides the launch aircraft with a visual presentation of the target as seen from the weapon. During free flight, this presentation is transmitted by the AXQ-14 data-link system to the aircraft cockpit monitor.
The seeker can be either locked onto the target before or after launch for automatic weapon guidance, or it can be manually steered by a weapon systems officer. Manual steering is performed through the two-way data link.
The second paragraph talks about the LOAL ability of the AGM-130 and the option to manually steer the bomb, that is done by the WSO.
