If the developers had introduced Brimstone to the players for a couple of days for testing with that guidance system (I forgot it) and the developers saw what would happen in the usual random. And they will be able to decide for themselves finally to leave or remove, and the players would be able to test and understand how much it can be either too unbalanced, or it is quite ordinary weapons that do not go beyond the norm.

The problem is gaijin doesnt like Finland enough to not try and sell you anything unique and keave the TT as copy and paste.

Will the performance of HQ17 be changed? Or does it only exist as a copy of the current Tor-M1?

Yes indeed, but there needs to be quick action to address such imbalance in the game without adding new vehicle, such as buffing existing SPAAs by increasing range or introducing CIWS capabilities (like the HQ17 and VT1 carriers), lowering the spawn points for aircraft with only air to air loadout, etc. War thunder is a very special game, in other games, if there is an OP equipment, players just follow suit and use it. But for WT, the equipment is confined to only one nation (and specifically USSR), which leads to quite an imbalance that messes up the experience for other players
Will any low tier have a UAV? Because well I think it can be good for people who never flew drones. Every anti tank have a ammo builder.
I think it is more fitting to say “Gaijin doesn’t like/care about sub-trees”.
After all it is an uphill battle for all sub-trees to get their unique stuff in the game(and the host trees as well due to the sub-trees long list of issues)

Usually it would take Gaijin a while to fix all the non-gameplay related features, for example, some of the gen2/3 jets still lack ejector seats
flight path vectors are gameplay. it effects first person players aka every sim player

Not a missile / weapon and both planned for the aircraft.
