afaik the only ones they had were ones they purchased from the UK, although they werent put into service but rather passed onto nations like Italy, Yugoslavia and greece

Yeah, the US acquired a few CL-13s for Korea. Of course, they’re basically the F-86As in the tree as the ones with the better engine didn’t come out until the US was already producing supersonics in the thousands.

The US acquired 60 CL-13 Mk.2s in 1952 and called them F-86E-6-CAN

US CL-13s were the ex-RAF and whatnot aircraft being sent off to the next nation after a stop in the US.
As part of a NATO/anti-soviet program to supply Ailles with aircraft a bunch ended up in the US for the program.

But seriously though, Britain really needs some more foreign (Not all are lend lease) designs, even if you discount lend lease, in air we can get

Mustang Mk.I (this is also a purely british aircraft, the US ones came after)

and quite a bit more, if you through lend lease into the mix, you get a hell of a lot more
