the laser seeker has a 12km range, so the range would be worse (especially if Brimstone 2 makes an appearance), and that’s assuming the mmW aspect of the seeker also has a 12km range instead of requiring you to maintain lase until it gets in range.
right now you can fire at a target point with IOG (which you can set using the map once the update comes) and only pop up to lase in the last few seconds, making it more difficult for SAMs to respond to you.
that’s more with man-in-the-loop guidance being completely absent from the game, and as the missile didn’t have multiple modes (unlike Brimstone) it was either the existing TV guidance or nothing. If MIL guidance is ever added I really hope the martels are among the first missiles to get it.

it is a Purely selfish, History and Balance destroying idea that shouldn’t have a place in this game

Is there a reason why Namer Tsrikhon is a rank VIII vehicle on Dev (as opposed to VII), whilst being an 11.0?
The 11.3 Israel lineup is at VII, and comparing it to similar vehicles in other trees at the same BR (Puma VJTF & KF41), those are also VII.
Just feels a bit odd for it to be rank locked above its natural lineup. Is this just a WIP placement or what we can expect on final?

first of all events and updates are independent from each other and secondly if the update starts on the 20th the update is probably still earlier so the servers aren’t getting extra much traffic

They’ll announce the update. they have to announce the server maintenance.
They are the worst tanks in game, they have no redeeming qualities. Recent map rotations and designs make constant 1 cap points on tiny maps makes the CR2s perform even poorer.
We have no comparable light tanks or IFVs.
Desert warrior should be 9.3-9.7 it is terrible in every way :(
At this point would take an Indian BMP2 just to give Britain an IFV that doesn’t suck
