I mean fixing is a bit of a stretch since most will be C&P from here on out
I’m very happy that all nations will be receiving new SAM systems, CAS may finally have a counter and nations will have reason to grind out their SPAA trees.

for the 50th time there is no newer tornado for Germany that’s worth adding
only a side grade IDS and a Sidegrade ECR (Anti radar)

Just depends on what the devs deem as “different”. They said the same thing about the 829a3 round.
They wouldn’t be ideal, the minimum range for the S-300 at least is 5km. Well just be back to players taking WW2 era CAS and doing it the old fashioned way.
Im just speculating since There are still a few Tornados to be added to Germany.
So if they are so similar to you, why did the Phantom FG.1 and FGR.2 both get added?
