Absolutely not. Su-30MKI is as good as the F-15E, we’re talking about the Indian variant with western avionics btw.
EX is too unknown, and anything with 20x AMRAAMs or whatever the heck it can carry is going to have some power.
If the EF are coming, we’ll likely get Rank IX in this update, along with some premium F-16s.

F-15E has better radar, EW, and avionics probably upgraded with all the 2010s/2020s upgrades, better payload, faster, better cruise missiles (JASSM-ER), better bombs (gbu-53)

You clearly have never heard of the Brahmos. Astra and Derby capable btw. Bombs are bombs…
Bars is a formidable radar, and sure against the AN/APG-82(V)1, it’s not as capable, but not every F-15E has one. EW is absolutely the strong suit of the Russian design, avionics on the MKI specifically are a mix, using Dassault and Elbit for many components as well as domestically produced equipment by HAL.
WVR it isn’t even close, hands down MKI wins. BVR, mixed bag, and hard to draw conclusions imo, especially if the MKI is flying Astra or Derby.

cant it only carry 1 brahmos, which has less range than JASSM-ER and isnt even stealth, btw most F-15E have 82v1 from RMP program, and EPAWSS is better due to the history of US aircraft combining output of AESA radar and ECM systems to be very good at jamming, on top of just being a good ECM system.
AIM-9X with JHMCS and 120D with upgraded capabilities all around with 82v1 will beat MKI in BVR and WVR

I assume this is correct, it can also carry the Brahmos-ER, Khibiny is so good at what it does that it has snuck up on AWACS, F-35’s, and spoofed high power naval radars. EW has long been the Russian domain, so I’m not going to agree with you in conclusion. US gear hasn’t been combat tested, Russian equipment is being tested every day.
However I will concede the point on the admittedly advantageous combination of AESA and EPAWSS or whatever we have on our planes. AESA is a huge advantage for things like this, and I’d imagine is part of the reason Russia is trying to workout how to create a better, more useable AESA radar for planes other than the Su-57. I have a feeling there will be advances in this area as Russia’s processor and chip technology is now growing by leaps and bounds, and Chinese advances on Russian origin airframes have proved that AESA can be used in things such as the Su-30MKK, other Su-30M’s (assumedly the SM2), and the Su-35S.

Not held back, actually the FRS1 was because they didn’t have radar fitted yet, so had to be guided into the AO by ground controller instead.

F-15C’s without AIM-120’s got pasted in Cope 2004 at 3:1 by the Su-30MKI’s. Just saying…
i mean… that russian equipment is getting swatted out of the sky pretty frequently.
US EW systems have of course been tested on their aircraft, but honestly something like the F-22 EW suite could cause actual damage to some radar systems so probably hasnt been used like the khibiny has
without the weapon the was made around…
