Well the Osa filled a capability gap, there won’t be such a gap at top tier so the Rafale is less needed.
So far there’s one TT Indian vehicle, with one sqn vehicle (T-90S), two premiums (Vijayanta, Bison), and one event vehicle (Jaguar IS). I can maybe see the Rafale as an extention to the naval line, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it came as some form of event vehicle.
