Storm Warning - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 2)

no he just tired of people asking he never said no he said way earlier watch out for news

Speaking of the Yak-141, are there any plans to give it R-77s, I believe it was intended to be able to carry them?

I know

The Yak-141 was either tested with systems / weapons or there are clear plans for them for the project. It was a prototype combat aircraft.

EAP was “flying laboratory” to gather aeronautical data and provide a proof of concept for new construction techniques and flight capabilities. EAP was not a prototype.

speaking of weapons tested is their plans to add the Aim-120 to the F-20 with a price increase?

The Yak141 is also planned with R-73/77 in mind, which would be cool too see, would not be OP if it is at a right BR as well.

Just take a look and the comment I responded to originally.
It is all about SU-33 as a possible premium.

My point is that that is to much capability for a premium. Some upgraded 3rd gen premiums are pushing 4th gen territory but adding the real deal be it a teen series jet, a Flanker, Fulcrum Eurocanard or something else on that level should never be added as a premium.
Certainly not for the forseeable future.

If you consider F-20 4th gen which can be done though I do not agree on that what would be the second 4th gen premium?

Would you consider Eurofighter or Rafale 5th gen since they incorporate rcs reducing shapes and materials and software?

You won’t go to work the next day after this, ye?)

We don’t currently plan ARH for the F-20 or MiG-21 Bison.

soooooooooooooo multinational vehicle goes to every nation that developped it right?

This,

The Yak-141 in game is a “what if” production version of the aircraft, the “what if” production version of the EAP is just the Eurofighter because it actually went to production

Sweden, China, Israël and domestic Japanese *air stuff?

The HQ-17 is domestic.

EAP was a feasibility study i.e. a technology demonstrator.
