If Gaijin is only adding the PzH 2000 A2 version that we saw in the trailer , then I think the best guess would be that the 3 nations are Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands(France). All 3 of these nations had about the same version of the PzH, and with France having their own Indigenous self-propelled howitzers it would make sense that the pack version goes there.
Hungary has the A4 version -if I am right- and its superstructure would look a bit different.

Will I likely be dissapointed? Yes probably. Is it good for my sanity? No, but it’s still possible to do.
