The issue is that the US don’t need a sub tree, a combined Korea tree would be cool though, starting in the late 40s like Israel.
South Korea has a pretty robust MIC, but it can be treated like Israel where vehicles like K1, K1A1/E1, K2 and K21 IFV etc were placed in US TT as event vehicles first, and later introduced as a tree either on its own or as united Korea.

Neither do they need the merkavas, but when Israel is still under devs and the merkavas themselves are somewhat popular, its the most sensical place.
