The issue is that the US don’t need a sub tree, a combined Korea tree would be cool though, starting in the late 40s like Israel.
South Korea has a pretty robust MIC, but it can be treated like Israel where vehicles like K1, K1A1/E1, K2 and K21 IFV etc were placed in US TT as event vehicles first, and later introduced as a tree either on its own or as united Korea.

the merkavas were added as the devs didnt know if they were going to add Isreal, same with the shot kal in the british tree, I doubt they will add K1s or K2s to the US
F-15K designed by US though with American weapons and radar (except for 1 type of missile) has some difference to E so would be nice to have, in the US tree
