I assume this is correct, it can also carry the Brahmos-ER, Khibiny is so good at what it does that it has snuck up on AWACS, F-35’s, and spoofed high power naval radars. EW has long been the Russian domain, so I’m not going to agree with you in conclusion. US gear hasn’t been combat tested, Russian equipment is being tested every day.
However I will concede the point on the admittedly advantageous combination of AESA and EPAWSS or whatever we have on our planes. AESA is a huge advantage for things like this, and I’d imagine is part of the reason Russia is trying to workout how to create a better, more useable AESA radar for planes other than the Su-57. I have a feeling there will be advances in this area as Russia’s processor and chip technology is now growing by leaps and bounds, and Chinese advances on Russian origin airframes have proved that AESA can be used in things such as the Su-30MKK, other Su-30M’s (assumedly the SM2), and the Su-35S.

F-15C’s without AIM-120’s got pasted in Cope 2004 at 3:1 by the Su-30MKI’s. Just saying…
i mean… that russian equipment is getting swatted out of the sky pretty frequently.
US EW systems have of course been tested on their aircraft, but honestly something like the F-22 EW suite could cause actual damage to some radar systems so probably hasnt been used like the khibiny has

To hell with the F/A-18. We are skipping it and the US will be getting the C/F-17; armed with 40 AIM-174s. Literally no equal.

Sure, and those AESA radars weren’t too helpful without AIM-120’s, hence why I mentioned it. MKI is no slouch in WVR dude.
