Stop with the fluff, start fixing the game

Can you please stop distracting us with fluff and start fixing the game?

Sounds been broken for years, issues with rendering tanks, HE doing unrealistic damage, autocannons taking out MBT’s from the front, the stacking HE damage from autocannons, plane wings/tails being ripped off by a single hit from a armor piercing cannon round, …

And if you want to know when it happens, play your own game. It happens every. bloody. match.

So bug fixes are fluff now… interesting.

None of the things you listed are bugs, and some aren’t even real.
If your computer is having sound issues, that’s sincerely a hardware problem as sound has never been broken throughout this entire year at the least.

HE damage is largely correct.
Autocannons do not “pen MBTs from the front”, some large-caliber ones can pen some weakspots and that’s about it.
There is no such thing as stacking HE damage.
Plane damage models being simple is a known reality, and also not a bug.

I don’t think they are saying that is a bug, but rather an issue that should be fixed.

HE is not. A ton of people already discussed this and right now HE does not work how it should irl. You don’t magically fire a 150mm HE shell and it would magically overpressure and kill the crew. That’s not how the shells were designed. The same goes for HESH which is already very much so broken.

The word there is ->“entire Year” meaning it has broken and it still is broken for some people.

You completely forget that videos exist. Which says otherwise.

When it comes to the rendering issue he is referring to how models render with 4 different models.
A detailed model, 2 lesser detailed models, and then a low vague poly model.

When it comes to planes losing their wings in a single shot, partially an issue due to many models in the game still using the legacy era.

Cool, 150mm HE doesn’t over-pressure in-game either except on turret roof armor.
HESH was specifically designed to over-pressure vehicles and send shrapnel

Nice video of someone aiming for weakspots, thus proving my statement correct.

Which it doesn’t consistently do in WT.

They absolutely are able to overpressure MBTs and heavy tanks frontally.

There used to be a bug that did this last year. If you fired HE from an auto cannon, the HE filler would add up with every hit. Meant that 20 round with 20g of tnt would end up acting like one round with 400g of tnt.

I dont recall ever noticing it returning though.

I’ve played the M247 Sergeant York a bit recently and on some occasions I’ve gotten some, …suspicious to say the least, kills. Despite having only 38mm of pen, the Fuze Delay shell can, if sprayed at an enemy, achieve something that in the kill-cam looks just like overpressure stacking or something similar.

For example, the other day I took out a Chieftain Mk.5 just by peppering the gun mantlet and turret front with the SAP-HE shells, and after a few seconds he was “overpressured”.

Spaghetti code or tiny damage model holes?

From what i have heard, british mbts have damage model holes. I have seen some cases of stuff like 20mm ap rounds penning similar areas.
