ok have question why is the mig 29 so difficult to lock onto i have no issues with other aircraft in sim getting a lock with my f18 but mig 29’s fly around with stealth on.
was just in a sim battle had 3 mig 29’s on enemy team and i could not lock them even with narrow band radar at short range i couldn’t even get a lock to stick within visual range only thing that will lock them is acm i finaly gave up because being forced to use acm just good way to get team kills with having to be 10 feet from friendly to see tag made worse when everyone has same dam planes these days and most sim matches are mix of every country anyway so no way to know if that f18 is enemy or friendly etc
targetting missiles is significantly too easy, more often than not i waste a missile (whether radar or IR) because it locks onto my target’s missile instead of the aircraft
thats what im talking about, HIGH BRs are broken due to broken radars. Maybe they are working as they should or maybe they are ultra simplified because of lack of knowledge
Problems with the radar after the last update. Yesterday, I couldn’t detect the F-14 for half a minute. He flew at me head-on. So it’s not just the F/A-18 that’s the problem.
