I want to get some Japanese SQN decals like the 301st and 302nd,
1st how do I get them?
2nd if I can, where do I find them

I agree there is woeful lack of Japanese decals.I think once you get into the game you lose interest in decals.You end up blacked out with decals or covered in bushes.
You lose the interest in immersion because the game is not about that and you use decals to help get you kills.
I used to as a novice value German tanks as they were and try to recreate them factually but now I juts use decals to either make a tank white or black.
I agree, but do you know how to get the cool ones like the 301st?
I think China and Japan lack decals and attention in general.I love playing both Japan and China.I am in the UK.

Japan is so hard to start with. I bought the premium Chi-Nu II when I was about 2 BR and it was a brilliant purchase,helped me unlock so much of Japan ,tanks ,mods decals.
Japan is fun at around 4-5 BR.Yes Japan needs more decals.I would like to learn more about Japanese armour and unit formations.
If you play on PC you can obtain skins to make your vehicles look how you want them.Look into this .There must be Japanese military enthusiasts who have access to Japanese skins you seek.Maybe type in what you are looking for into the search bar or try the old WarThunder forum.

Destroy 20 (10 for RB and SB) enemy player-controlled vehicles by guided air-to-air missiles whilst flying Japanese aircraft or purchase for 200 Golden Eagles.
That was a limited time event, so “Decals shown can be received until the 16th of April!” think that was 2020
Many emblems / Squadron logos / emblems will be covered by Copyright, so need to keep that in mind too
like all the ones in the US section EXCEPT the “First in Bastione” just because that a premium vehicle
+10 for “coast guard” and the 1st cavalry division decals though
some of these aren’t in game
