I really worry that, given how many huge bugs this update introduced, Spyder (with it’s gluttony of bugs in it’s own right) is probably going to get pushed aside for a long time, if they ever address them at all.
I still can’t believe they changed almost nothing from Dev>Live, despite the laundry list of bug reports.
Such a shame man.

it is optical/thermal theres no radar on the machbet, try out the hovet again in a battle and youll see significantly worse performance is with the tracking radar
It is even worse than that: I had the derby miss an Orion Strike UCAV that went “cold” at 13km. It just failed to catch up with it.
How it got to this? I hit it twice but without doing any critical or severe damage so it just turned around and landed at the airfield. After it was at 12 or 13km my derby missiles failed to catch up with it.
So it does seem I-Derby SRs straight do not go pitbul when they should. 120Cs for the CLAWS are going active the moment they are off the rail yet in my testing I have I-Derby SRs going active at sub 2 mile distances meaning that with scuffed radar atm make these basically unusable

Python 5 FOV isnt restricting either. Its stupidly easy to flare. If you look in sensor view the FOV never changes for P5 but IRIS-T or 9X becomes so thin you can’t even see them. So basically we’ve got the choice of a weaker stinger or a No radar Fox 3. All while our radar doesnt work and we are the size of a house.

Yeah I was in. Match earlier and watched a rafale rlare my P5 with no manuvers. Just two flares and the P5 went for them. It has 0 IRCCM
Quite literally the only thing that work on this thing are it’s ability to spawn in and its ability to die. We have officially passed lazy or negligent, even past bias. This is IMHO a concerted effort to make sure Israel gets nothing worth having in game. I think I wouldve rather has No SPAA than them give me one that i ground out in 2 days only to find it literally does not work

ya its strange that the spyder is the only new AA this broken. beyond the multiple radars theres nothing new or unique on the spyder that should result in it being in such a sorry state. it seems genuinely deliberate at this point.
Heard a rumor that despite the SPYDER having multiple radars, and multiple radars being visible on the radar screen, that it only functions as a single 360 scan radar in tact view. Can anyone confirm?
