Fact! I feel like that a lot. The SPYDER isn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be but it still needs fixes. Hopefully it won’t take as long as the Trophy APS or Merkava armor fixes…

I’m not saying it isn’t bad. It is bad. It’s just not as bad as I was expecting. I was still able to get a few long range kills. It’s still in need of major fixes.

Yeah. That’s what I’m worried about. Israeli fixes take forever (if ever). It’s really discouraging.

Because we main the least played nation in the game. If it isn’t Russian and it’s up to Gaijin, nothing gets fixed without public outcry. As Israeli mains we simply can’t muster enough voices for Gaijin to listen. It’s the sad truth. Merkavas armor? When it was working properly on Sky guardians dev instant outcry the Merkava out tanked BVMs and that’s a no-no. Trophy has been bugged for nearly a year? Russia gets Arena-M a system that has never seen battlefield use and in game is better than trophy even if it wasn’t bugged. Namer armor? Literally the same weight as the Merkava but it’s slower with the same power pack but none of the extra armor it should have. How about the Lahat missile? Russia has Gun launched ATGMs from around 8.7 Israel should have one for any of the later magachs (I believe from 7C onward) and any of its 120mm armed tanks. But it has something like 1100mm of tandem pen so instant no. Spikes? One of the most lethal ATGMs ever created, in game? Nearly useless and you only get 4, and of course while I am happy gaijin finally added thr SPICE series they denied the F15 any of them and they still havent given us Popeyes, which would in essence be a Blue for KH38MT except it actually exists. (And not just Israel gets that one plenty of American planes get it as well as thr Thai gripen which should also get SPICE and the aussie F111C)

They just don’t care if a bug doesn’t affect a large (or profitable) amount of the player base.
Yeah it’s infuriating. Don’t get me wrong until the KH38MT and the buffs to all 38s I was against the addition of SPICE 250 because I don’t want any nation even Israel to be OP. But they just refuse to give us anything it seems trophy no longer works they nerfed the MK4s armor (admittedly fixing that random single shell behind the engine was nice and so was the reload buff) but SPYDER is just another in a long list of transgressions against Israeli players. Its like “Hey we heard you dont have any top tier SPAA, how about we give you what you’ve been asking for for nearly two years now but butcher it to the point of near unusability.” I would just like to point out the Pantsirs PESA tracking array refreshes 20 times a second SPYDER uses FOUR AESAs it should at least match that refresh rate for each 90° cone and the radars search zone is 360°x90° not 360°x65° a simple search on Rafaels website will prove this. SPYDER is blind and unable to engage incoming threats as is. And the worst part is it doesnt have to be this bad. They could have given us SPYDER MR (two vehicle setup but I’m pretty sure it only has P5-SR) basically an Israeli IRIS-T SLM but AiO was supposed to be so much better. They could have at least tried to make it usable.
