When the server issues stared yesterday, I noticed that my special task counter had stopped at 10/15 and wasn’t progressing, so I logged off. Today the task had reverted to 8/15 (now 9/15 after progressing it), it’s not much, but I’d at least appreciate a response. It seems that a total of 4 battles wasn’t registered and are showing up in my Replays, but not in the ‘Battles’ tab. But as mentioned, 2 of these didn’t result in tanks progress.
I don’t think anyone on the forum will be able to respond or help in any meaningful way. Your best bet is likely support if you have a way to prove that the games that progressed the task from 8 to 10 out of 15 were indeed played (like replays, screenshots, etc). I don’t know if they can help or what they would need in that case but it might be worth a try. Do mind though that it can take a couple of days to get an answer depending on how much they have in their queue at the moment (which is likely quite a lot due to a cheat ban-wave that happened yesterday: [Fair Play] Fair Play: July 2025). Additionally, if you do send a request, don’t update it or send more than one, that will only put it back at the bottom of the queue again and make the request take even longer to handle.
Thanks, I don’t think it’s worth it sending a ticket in that case. I’ll have it done sooner than that.
It might still perhaps be worth it, sometimes they can reimburse the SL you would have gained (but not the RP) and perhaps give some sort of booster. Not certain though as this is just something i have seen others on the forum say they have gotten, so take it with a grain of salt. :P
I had similar issues with gaijin.
They provided me with SLs but were unable to adjust progress regarding special or BP tasks - at least they said so.
