Sure would be nice if the Merkava and Strv 122B didn’t just have their roof armor made non-existent to allow LMURs to kill them easier.
I have a premonition that at least half or more of the vehicles featured in this video are premium vehicles
The USA literally just got a stealth helo after getting a stealth plane.
And one is a premium.
The amount of “project vehicles” is less than that in game than that of XM or T aka USA prototypes
And don’t forget Italy had to make do with the Otomatic as a top BR SPAA for 7 years…

I wonder: will it be useful, or will it be third american vehicle in the row that looks nice in the garage, but is painful to play with.

They could still get some in-between OSA/Strela, OTOMATIC and SAMP/T, especially since we have multiplatform SAMs now, which used to be an Issue for Italy, such systems as MEI, Skyguard-Aspide, Polyphem and Hungarian modernized KUB, sadly they are out of priority though.

Mainly it’s dominant EW system (and to a lesser extent the gimballing AESA)
But this stuff is coming down the line anyway so i don’t agree with @Alexanderussss, I think the JAS-39E would still be very competitive if added now
And the claims that the gripen has the best EW suite are about as trustworthy as the claims that in fact, the rafale has the best, or the typhoon has the best, or the F15X had the best…
It’s all actual marketing claims at this point since those are highly classified.
But if I had to be critical of the people claiming that Gripen has the best EW, I would mention that the EFT and Rafale probably have much higher electrical output thanks to being twin engined, so it might have an impact on EW performances. The same way the massive F35 engine allows it to probably have the most performant EW suite in raw power besides dedicated EW planes
