Spare parts

Is there a reason, other than making us spend money, in not providing the repair kit and fire extinguishers, as well as the default smoke grenades when unlocking a new tank (especially modern ones)? I imagine closing a contract worth millions if not billions of euros for the supply of new wagons, but having to buy screwdrivers and wrenches for field repairs on Ecommerce… all of this is ridiculous. Then let’s complain about people leaving after 1/2 deaths… if you don’t even have the ability to repair your tank yourself.

Not having parts sure is a struggle,BUT it’s not what it used to be back in the day at least.

Back in the day Parts and FPE costed the same RP as the other modifications on their respective ranks, making the grind wayyy more tedious. Now they cost a fraction of the RP required, making them faster to unlock. Moreover, unlocking Parts automatically let’s you have Tier 2 mods,so that you can instantly research FPE if you want.

Back in the day stock tanks didn’t have a single FPE charge. In fact,a shot to the engine in a stock tank meant certain death, nowadays you can have at least a chance to survive, although slight. Now any stock tank have a single FPE

Back in the day no one,in your team, was able to repair you. If i remember correctly, only Light tanks or members of your squad. Nowadays, anyone in your team that has Parts unlocked can repair you if you request it,and i found that people are eager to do that across all BRs.

I get that having a stock tank is very tedious to grind no matter the vehicle, but unless said vehicle is impossible to play, the grind is very bearable once you unlock those two mods, and trust me it’s faster than what it used to be it the past

Poor guy… But he’s right. The grind has become significantly less strenuous over time.

The first usable ammunition is usually found at the first or second research level. You will now receive the repair parts after 2 rounds of sensible play.

Maybe it’s also the game mode. Stock tanks are significantly more effective in GRB than in arcade mode.

first of all, if you always have to look at the past then there would never be improvements in the game, which happens RARELY sometimes. so mentioning ‘‘the days gone by’’ makes no sense. Furthermore, already providing the possibility to repair the vehicle independently, removing it from the modules that need to be searched for, would not automatically lead you to any tier 2 upgrades

I agree, some modifications should be enabled by default. In my opinion: Repair kits, Fire extinguishers, NVD/TVD, all ammo types, rangefinders, artillery strikes and smoke.

If you go by text description on modules you’re not getting a supply of new vehicles by unlocking them, you’re basically taking worn out hand-me-downs from a junkyard and restoring them to their original condition.

We’re looking at the past because back then, people used their voice to change those things. The fact that now we have all the things i’ve listed is thanks to how,in the past, the community asked for a change.

The second part of your comment can’t have an answer because it is misleading, but okay
