Spall bug after hitting T-series drive sprocket

Hey guys!

Firstly, apologies if this is not the proper place to put this. I’ve been on the game a decade and never submitted a bug report, so here we go. Please guide me if possible.

I’ve found that M900 occasionally doesn’t spall at all after going through the drive sprocket of T series tanks (most 72s and 80s) . This isn’t a “minimal” spall problem, it’s a genuine bug. You can see the round interacting with components like the autoloader, but ghosting through it as well as the engine. I’ve had this a few times but just recently picked it up on the replay hit analysis as well. Would make gameplay INCREDIBLY less frustrating if spall was more consistent.

I’m attaching some photos, and I can also comment a link to a video if people want some more views of it, but you can see the round going fully through the tank, interacting with components, and even changing orientations inside the tank producing spall, but has no damage to components.

Thanks!

Didn’t you hit the fuel tank ?

Sorta, the round penetrated, spall from penetration hit fuel tank, the round itself kept going, hit ammo carousel (the carousel gets highlighted when the round hits it), then engine, but you can see none of the components ever got damaged even though the round hit them and even created more ghost spall off of them lol True ghost round. No component damage. I believe it’s just linked to the front sprocket.

Here’s the link for a few more angles

The worst part about this, is I genuinely didn’t realize during the game what happened. I honestly thought the sprocket just ate the round, until I just happened to be checking the hits from the game. This has likely happened to many people multiple times and we just don’t realize it because the track is destroyed.
