SPAA in SIM is to easy

Been playing a bit of sim late,
I noticed that SPAA is no different from RB
Should SPAA have something changed to make it SIM-like?

Not only the SPAA (specific to airfields) are outdated compared to player’s vehicles, they are incredibly easy to defeat with the new GPS guided munitions. One A-10C can easily wipe out the AA of two airfields and set their teammates up for spawn camping the enemies. Situation’s even worse in top tier where NATO aircraft can wipe red team SPAA and they don’t suffer the flight performance penalty of an A-10.

SPAA needs to be updated in both modes and top tier should change map and airfield design to allow for more balanced game play.

Preferabl y implementing actual and operational AI SAM sites would be a good start…

In terms of range from the airfield, keep a 30 km (18 miles in freedom 🇺🇸🦅) coverage bubble around all airfields and any and everything can be engaged above 4-5000 metres (current SPAA altitude track limit, iirc) up to a maximum of 22,000 metres (FL660 or 66,000 feet).

It’s simply high time for 12.0+ SPAA/anti-air to be upgraded.

While I agree with the point mentioned above, I also feel that we need larger maps for 13.0+ Battles

ps: Realistic and Simulator

Yes, even current 128x128 maps feel small when flying 12.7+ planes.
