Iowas advanced FCS came from a refit. the 1943? 1944? fit we have in game wouldnt be all that much further ahead of most.
But Vanguard… has the same FCS as post-WW1 battlecruisers is just stupid

The thickest layer of armor was to be produced after the modernization of production in 1941.
Was that modernissation ever actually done, if you say the germans attacked the answer is, yet again, no
But still nothing come close to Soyuz that ship is pure copium
I highly doubt even Soviet somehow manage to build soyuz it would outperform Bismarck in term of everything.
so not very good and overperforming digustingly in game
minor problem? like they literally found it impossible to make? that minor problem?
Yeah its clearly just a slight issue
fairly high percentage? 20 % “finished” with serious difficulties in 3 years is a high percentage? what is a median percentage if 20% is already high? even without any more planning and other trouble that giant projects like this have, and im quite sure all of them had those, they would have finished ith when? given 3 years it took them to get to 20% that makes another 12 years for the remaining 80 % (which actually is a high percentage because, yk it is PER CENT so per hundred and 80 is more of 100 than 20 is?) so in 1952? and only if they wouldnt have encountered any further problems like struggling with producing the main armor to the specs they wanted to? ok…thats about a time where literally everyone else except the americans had already scrapped their battleships for good reasons
The problem of producing armor plates has much less consequences than the destruction of all the factories producing this ship.
No. Russia couldn’t do it. Doesn’t matter the reason. Wish all you want you can’t change history.
No you stated they couldnt produce armor but it comes from a book that states armor has written off due to lack of quality and same book says that Soviet Navy had more harsher quality standarts for armor than Kriegsmarine then it states they could start produce more armor if they lowered standarts. There are difference between they couldn’t do it and prevented from doing it.
So they couldn’t produce the high quality armour…
This argument makes no sense, that the Soviets could make the high quality armour if they lower their standards to a lower quality of armour.
I said this years ago whenever they first announced Naval I said I will be very surprised if Russian frigates aren’t mounting 18-in guns because some obscure Russian idiot somewhere pencil that on a piece of paper for shits and giggles and Gijin would be like
Ha Comrade is good for game yes
Well since every one here is so commited to political agenda it’s not surprising.
What? I do not understand what you are trying to convey with that previous statement, as it doesn’t make logical sense.
You cannot make more high quality armour by lowering the standards which make it high quality armour, as the armour produced is no longer high quality armour. Nothing to do with politics or agendas.
Also what book did you grab this from? I would like to read it as it seems interesting.
RUSSIA BEST when will the world accept this? Stop persecuting Russia and Russians.
Its actually pretty simple. If you simply declare that the standards of something high quality are from now on what everyone else would see as low quality and just remove those annoying classifications of low medium and high, and also declare that quality cant stand alone because from now on quality = high quality that makes:
Everything is the same quality because we removed judging stuff by that and we all know that judging is bad. So everythings the same now.
and because the quality everything has now has to be called “high quality” from now on, everything is high quality. Pretty easy actually someone should get the idea to do that with all products.
“My nation could do all this, their nation couldn’t do anything. Whaa, whaa!”
War Thunder has done one thing consistently since its close alpha:
Every single vehicle is as it would be if manufacturing was universal.
This allows for balance and peak realism.
No one can claim bias because everything is treated equally in opportunity.
This does mean that M26 Pershings, Panthers, 1940 T-34s, many many British things, all Japanese tanks, and a number of ships are going to be more effective than they were IRL, because IRL is cringe and unfair.
Edit: I’m American. America could do more than many, many other nations.
I do not want a game where I’m playing tanks that are better just because the IRL manufacturing was better. That is boring, that doesn’t allow you to operate these vehicles in their peak.
These people just hate Russia because they are jealous of Russia’s dominance and guidance in the modern world.
