having Taiwan in China isn’t…?
Taiwan is not a sub tree. Subtrees are defined as a different nation with their vehicles in another nation. Since Taiwan is a part of China, it is not a subtree.
Also, reunification sentiment is high in both mainland China and the province of Taiwan.
One country, two systems.
It’s not a deal breaker I know, but I’m not sure how many unique 6.0’s (for example) they’d have. The DPRK would be another China with T-34-85’s and IS-2’s around that BR. Not sure what the RoK had at the time.
Might have to start at an even higher BR to get the unique/indigenous stuff.
Both two nation is quite a important member of multi-national forces on Korean war. And GB keep peacekeeping force on Korea till '90s
The politic problem between Taiwan and China is:Which one can represent China?
There is only one China
No one saying anything about the biggest helper to South Korea during that war huh
must admit its all really C&P until we get to recent decades but they had shermans and pattons as well as T80 later on, they could always be added to through UN vehicles that fought in the koran war giving them centurion and a Churchill crocodile
classic for the american to try and nab all the credit
UN stuff doesn’t make sense since it still belongs to and is operated by the original nation itself
60,000 British troops vs 1,789,000 US military personnel, the US was by far the largest part of the UN force
Search by Country - Korean War Legacy.
going off this website, 3x as many US troops served in Korean war than South Koreans
having the largest army doesn’t negate the actions of others.
i said biggest helper not only one, which is objectively correct
your twisting what i actually said
I propose to abolish nation trees and tangle it all together in a big tech tree. It’s already all messed up anyway.
Every sub tree for the US is a mistake
even domestic defense industry one (not counting subsidiaries like GDLS-C or Raytheon UK)?
I mean the korean stuff would be awesome to have in the uk tree but it would screw the canadians and australians because it would be another subtree to use to keep the anglosphere apart in WT
As a Korean this is a freakin brainrot nonsense. I wonder how you thought to write such a ridiculous idea. This is my first time to argue on forum, and I rather prefer to add SK tree on subtree of USA or at least Israel is WAY better if it won’t be an standalone TT.
What abot China?)
Also one of the worst idea as well as Japan.
I’m more towards the part of adding more independent nations. It’s a better way to represent nations and their unique vehicle than trying to find a place to cram them into an existing tech tree. Not just for South Korea but just in general.
