You where are the sound mods? this update, did y’all lie? I don’t know what’s going on but I only play wt. if sound mods are there otherwise i kind of just abandoned the game behind.

I already made my own sound mod, can’t wait to test them once the Sound Mods are back on the live server.
and yeah… they better drop them by next week, I personally never had any major issues even with outdated sound mods (and yes, even in the dev server too)

That will not be fixed. The issue has been plaguing ground rb for two years, it was reported countless times, they claimed it was fixed a lot of times, it never was. It will not be fixed because it generates frustration, more frustration = more chance a player will spend money.
Also it’s not much the sound being the issue, but more the render mechanic, that’s absolutely dogshit, basically WoT’s spotting mechanic but doesnt even work properly and is an arcady mechanic in a “realistic game”. Tanks don’t render hence they don’t make engine noise, because for God knows what reason gaijin associated sound with being able to see the tank.
What is related to sound though is idle noise, that has been nuked and is completely inaudible and bad sound direction. But again, won’t be fixed, so don’t bother waiting for them to do it.
