They were developed for and tested by the Russian / Soviet military, and there is no other tech tree where they could go. Neither is true in the case of the KF-41.

There are pre-production KF-41’s that are exclusively German.

Yes, he did, as Russia has a quite a number of vehicles that were not used by the Russian military. He was not saying anything about Russia bias like you said he was.

It isn’t. You plainly said Germany should only get Bundeswehr service vehicles. I just remembered you that russian TT is full of these kind of never adopted vehicles. From never adpoted IL protoypes over various tanks up to Battlecruisers which were never commissioned.
I think we should just block them at this point, they are clearly incapable of making reasonable arguments.

My argument is not that I just want it. I in fact rarely play Germany these days. I would like it to be added to Germany simply because it is German and was not made specifically for another country.

Neither is true in the case of the KF-41, since it wasn’t ordered by the German state, and since it fits perfectly within the Hungarian tree.
And we all know this is just pointless arguing, since Gaijin will cave to German demands like they always do and end up giving it to you anyway.
