Because Canadian vehicles in the UK tree are to fill gaps not as a designated sub tree and the C2A1 is in the premium tree which follows different rules.

if gaijin gets a manual they have to implement an Ahistorical thing to show they’re not using the manual

F-16C Block 50 is no change in behavior. It’s in-line with Gaijin. There is no underlying drastic difference between Block 50 & Block 10 in airframe performance.
Radars are equally strong for searching targets, tho Block 50 carries SARHs as well, so Block 15 for armament. Block 15 & 50 have rather equivalent tracking systems for their radars, there’s no drastic change to the radar sets.
EJ Kai had the best SARHs at the time: E-2s. AIM-7Fs weren’t a thing quite yet, and when they were EJ Kai got them. When 11.7 came to the game, EJ Kai got AIM-9Ls and was moved to 11.7.
Nothing was missing on F-14A on release. It had its radar functioning rather correctly, and all its weapon stores filled.
F-15J will be released with its functioning radar, and all its weapon stores filled.
SARH uses a radar receiver to my knowledge, how good that receiver is will depend, AIM-7F shouldn’t see ground reflections if AESA helps with that, time will tell.

My F-18 manuals are unclassified. Export restrictions are something that’s unknown for me regarding these specific items. Export restricted material requires written permission from the authoritative body to export them.
