Sons of Attila - Rumor Round-Up and Discussion (Part 2)

But then Japan will lose a top-tier CAS, before Gaijin solves this issue, I don’t recommend doing this, unless we can find something to replace it.

To be fair, what about AAM-3 for EJ Kai when it was first introduced? Why was it limited to 9Ps and using ahistorical E-2s? In other words, vehicles don’t have to come into the game with all their IRL capabilities at once.

When it comes to radar mechanics, who is to say Gaijin won’t introduce their own version of AESA, prototype it and then upgrade it as time goes on? Remember the early radar mechanics back when the T-2 was introduced? Gaijin is capable of improving mechanics over time without having to wait to introduce it all at once.

When it comes to the F-2, you have the prototype XF-2A which could be introduced with prototype AESA mechanics as it was literally a prototype testbed for it. It could have armaments limited as usual if necessary and expanded as time goes on. I don’t understand why AESA has this sentiment that it’s some boogeyman that if introduced would ruin War Thunder forever.

In addition, there’s the question of if Gaijin want’s to take advantage of using the F-2 as the poster boy for AESA mechanics, since it was after all, the first production aircraft to use it. So maybe it will show up first before other comparable aircraft as a nod to that. Personally, I don’t care about that distinction as I prefer balance but, still something to consider.

The Strike Eagle and its inability to be included in the British faction are not related.

You are trying to say the Singaporean F-15 should show up in the British tree… and I’m telling you regardless of whether they decide to put Singaporean jets in the British tree, the F-15SG is an F-15E derivative which we won’t be seeing before the Eurofighter anyway. Either way you slice it, the F-15SG isn’t what they are cooking up

And what would be those options?

Hmmm. Smin said before said they wouldnt remove AJ and now we get not so concrete answer. Nice

On whitch vehicle this is?

the leopard 2 PSO

No, it’s just gaijin and money.

I am glad I waited 3 years for an urban warfare kit! What is gaijins obsession with NATO urban warfare kits? Why did they choose the WORST option for a new german top tier if they weren’t giving it the add on armor

Germany already minor nation, relax.

true, germany shines at mid tier, but at top tier they are overtaken by sweden in every way at this point

Wrong… he said there might be a possibility of it being removed or they may just keep it in the tree… he also said it could just depend on feedback, but really as its been mentioned it is just too early to debate it… have to wait and see once F-2 is in game and see how things stand

Looking at the bright side, I don’t have to quicky scramble another 1.5 million SL together anymore for that piece of scrap metal. Maybe we can rename it to the Leopard 2 POS.

I do feel bad though for the person who created the model. I mean the model looks great and super cool, unfortunately the artist/game designer spend all their time on a useless addition.

It’s just TrikZZter. Nothing new t

its all from a damn business point of view, they are humiliating Germany so much just to keep Sweden unique, hoping to squeeze more money out of Sweden TT

I agree with this, but you’d need to add an early Su-27 without Fox 3’s then.

please, let s not keep travesting the british tree with foreign design

What is NATO’s obsession with urban warfare kits?*

The west spent the last 20 years engaging in LIC. Everything is/should be urban combat geared stuff in top tier for a good little while.
