Sons of Attila - Rumor Round-Up and Discussion (Part 2)

I mean I would be annoyed at that as the Cheetah is Unique

Yeah but this is gaijin

I suspect it’ll probably look something like:

FIGHTER LINE:
Mirage III (SAAF) > Phantom FGR.2 > Atlas Cheetah > BAe Hawk 200 > Eurofighter Typhoon DA.2 (Early) > Eurofighter Typhoon DA.2 (Late) > Eurofighter Typhoon Early > Eurofighter Typhoon Late

INTERCEPTOR LINE:
Tornado F.3 > Tornado F.3 CSP

Naval Line:
Sea Harrier FRS.1 Early > Phantom FG.1 > Sea Harrier FA.2

ATTACKER LINE:
Harrier GR.7 > Jaguar GR.3A > Harrier GR.9 > CF-18

STRIKE LINE:
Tornado GR.1 > Tornado GR.4 > Eurofighter Typhoon

Hoping one day, we’ll see strategic bombers like Avro Vulcan in the mix too when the gamemodes are adapted a bit further.

Could also maybe throw in TES Tejas and other Indian Aircraft but…yeah we’ll see.

Interestingly with the new statcards, there is background flags for the Arachis and Tailspin event and the vehicles aren’t even present in game anymore. There is even a Ukranian flag.

Alright, thanks for the clarification!
It’s the pickyness coming with the high price that would make someone want something else than whats available because the limited choice for a nation might not fit their playstyle. So I’m still hoping for more! Good for my wallet though if not 😅

Atlas cheetah would likely come before the FGR2 if it was tech tree it only gets 2 missiles. Hawk 200 more than likely on the jaguar harrier line.

Maybe re-arranged so Mirage III and Atlas Cheetah are next to each other given they’re very similar.
Hawk 200 is an air superiority aircraft / fighter so it’d have to go in the FGRs line

The trees from left to right are:
Fighters>Interceptors>Naval Aircraft>Attackers>Bombers and Strike Fighters

Anti Radiation Missiles. 🌚

F-18s doing some SEAD missions will make the Pantsir mains sob.

The hawk 200 is a multirole. Yes it’s a fighter but it’s not a air superiority fight it’s more a strike fighter if anything.

im just asking this here, what channels can i use for suggestion related questions?

The Hawk 200s actually never had a Designator Pod to guide their GBUs, if you count Dumb Bombs many vehicles would magically become Multirole.

Yeah, ARMs would be good for a lot of jets, Though id be more happy with them on the Torando Gr1 than the F-18, 9x ALARM would be hilarious

It would also passively buff vehicles like the Stormer HVM which rely on IR Search and Track.

Yeah, now of course ARMs wouldnt work if they had radar off (and Pantsirs are perfectly deadly with no radar), but does add that element of surpression. Force smart radar usage. Which is why I dont htink theyd be overly powerful, but would add an interesting dynamic, and with more modern SPAA needed, a counter is probably needed too.

Though I want them for SB. I have a vendetta with the Gepards

It also has mavericks, CRV7s etc which it doesn’t need a pod for. I do wonder if we will ever get correctly performing CRV7 rockets

Hawk would be fun, Though I’d want a few, with the right variant/loadout it could help fill the 10.7 hole in the tree and also be a variant for the 11.3 and 12.0 mark. Would be fun at all 3 BRs (with the right AAMs)

How much u wanna bet they’re gonna be paid content lmao

It could be fun. But got to remember it’s engine is incredibly weak and a completely empty aircraft no fuel or weaponry etc it has a TWR of only around 0.6 or something once fueled up and with weapons it drops considerably more. It would be like a A-10/Su-25 situation nice weapons but suffer at the BR due to its flight perf

Ah, then yeah, I’d avoid the BR12 in that case. but a 4x 9L variant at 10.7 would be good, and then you could do a 4x9L and 2x Skyflash or something at 11 ish.
