Did they used the V2 as a stop gap for this ?
We have 105 Leopards 2A5.
Also we bought 116 M1A1 FEP (14 delivered already) and 250 M1A2 SEPv3.
However, the M1A1 FEP received new, better armor and have been modified to meet our requirements.
We also use 28 M1A2 SEPv2 in Abrams Academy to train our soldiers right now.

Iirc the M1A1 FEPs are already a stopgap for the SEPv3. As far as I know they will later be upgraded to M1A2 SEPv3 as well.
SEPv2 was only for training iirc.

No. We have the heinkel he 219 a-7. The b-1 has a longer wing span, better engines and a rear gunner

They don’t seem to have received the SEPv3 armor package.
It’s not a SEPv3 armor package. They were taken out of storage, disassembled, sandblasted, then the armor was replaced with the EAP (non-DU, Export Armor Package, GDLS assured us that the new armor has properties comparable to, or even better to, the old DU armor.) and the turrets were given new numbers, ending with the letter E. So once again, it’s not the armor like in SEPv3. Also SEPv3 has 20cm thicker frontal armor of the turret then SEPv2. It’s worse. But it’s better then the old DU from M1A1 FEP.
Also they received new L3Harris’ RF-3143 tri-band rigid antenna with new base, which replaces the old VHF whip antenna.
And other modifications.

And What BR is Gr.7?
F-16C, F16D and Mig-29SMT are 12.3
GR7 is 11.7 same as AV-8B+

If there is some decompression I imagine the Harriers going to 12.0, the F-16D staying at 12.3 and the 16C and SMT going to 12.7

Harriers at 12.0? I think they’re not too OP at 11.3, especially at air, though it’d probably do 10.3 good to not see them, even if they’re subsonic
The Harrier 2s are 11.7, not 11.3.
We’re talking about decompression, the AIM-9M would probably get them up-tiered

Gr7 was probably close to needing to go down to 11.3 with the addition of Pantsir and F-16s/Mig-29s but the addition of 9Ms and hopefully MAWS soon should keep it perfectly competitive at 11.7. Im more worried about its SB rating though, being 11.0 has been really fun and 9Ms might increase its SB rating.
I’d have prefered to leave the Gr7 alone with wise to new AAMs/AGMs and maybe moved it down to 11.3 (depending on MAWS impact) and instead add the Gr9 with 9Ms and better A2G weapons like Brimstone at 12 ish. Created a nice upgrade path from 1 to the other
