By far the most realistic tree would be Czechoslovak tree. Indigenous designs, heavily modified T-55s and T-72s (transmission, engine, FCS, armor, ammo…), IFVs, BVPs, SAMs, AA,…
Also in this tree Poland and Yugoslavia could be added transforming it into Easter Bloc tree.

Really the best way is to have CEE tech tree grouping Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia and Poland and others.
