the same can be said for it’s opponents, the fact is the the F-4F ICE would be good in the current matchmaker but against Fox3 launching F-15s, F-16s and MiG-29s it is going to be severely outclassed, hell even the J-8F will be better than the F-4F ICE when it gets PL-12s
that would be fine if there was another German aircraft coming soon after but the EF-2000 is likely at least a year after all that and potentially longer. The F-4F ICE is simply not good enough.

Not to mention it has better flight performance thx to agile eagle package and it can always get Aim9m if L version will not be enough.
İt will stay at support fighter role but will still be more playable then something like Ej-Kai.
It seems Gaijin just doesn’t give Walrus though they have to. It seems more like HMS King George V(1942) or (1943)

Better flight performance than what? you can’t argue that the F.3 and 104S ASA are useless and then argue that an F4 would do fine in a 4th Gen matchmaker, flight performance matters.

Did i say it will be compeletly fine? Not even close.

There is no normal Leopard 2A7+ or 2A7V, so it’s fake if all the equipment is allegedly indicated here.
Since rails are compatible gaijin can always find a way to add them, although i wouldnt mind firing those crazy IRIS-T’s from my good old İCE :)

And again, I feel like I’m going around in circles, the F-4EJ Kai was a perfectly good support fighter but the F-16AJ still got added, why should Japan get special treatment here?

The 9M will have only a low-smoke engine, and the 9L/I-1 will have improved noise immunity, because there was a replacement of the rocket’s GOS.
