These are pre-production cars of the 95th years 98-02 and 98-07. It was made for the integration of weapons. He has all the assault weapons that he has at least for tranche 2 block 10,15.

September is not that far away.
Plus we get updates usually 2+ weeks after the Teaser releases.
So today would be the perfect day for a teaser.

Lets say I have right now 5 vehicles of Rank VI and I can unlock vehicles of Rank VII.
I unclock first vehicle of rank VII then update come and because of rank shuffling I dont have 5 vehicles of Rank VI anymore. Will I be able to unlock next vehicle in line in Rank VII or will I have to have 5 vehicles in Rank VI again?
Interesting dev blog day very impressed by the the upcoming roadmap TT changes tho prices on premiums going up might suck but expected i guess.

These seaplanes were introduced to the game over half a year ago. but not yet utilized. It may be introduced as a Shipboard reconnaissance aircraft in the future. I think that what is displayed in the roadmap tree is just a mistake.

Yes, of course it was a mistake to show them today. They didn’t intend to. But it could indicate specifics of new ships coming in September, for instance.
I think the purpose of a rumor round-up thread may be eluding some people.
For instance, the O3U-1 was used on the New Mexico class battleship inter-war… which means that could be the next BB in the US tree, coming in September.
The Fairey IIIF was only used on British battleships 1930-1935… so, if it’s here now, that likely means something for the next British battleship’s type and loadout too, and we’ll be getting an addition there as well next month, since these rank changes are coming as part of the same September update (my guess would be that’s a hint the next one will be a Queen Elizabeth-class)

Me seeing all of the (proberbly fake)leaks and thinking, some say it is too erly for the Gripen however we can add all of these jets to already top tier strong nations
