Not gonna discuss the politics of it, just saying that imho one of the benefits of going past the pure country-based division is that each folder will feel more unique in flavour of machinery, while also having more complete and balanced lineups thanks to the wider vehicle selection.
There are interesting synergies too. Many mainland Chinese vehicles have obvious design ties with Soviet vehicles, and Chinese production begins to diversify a lot more at top tier right when Russia’s narrows a little bit compared to Soviet times.
I don’t know, it feels interesting to me from a game design perspective.

I’m really hoping there’s a big air announcement now, the fact we had 4 tanks in a row and last patch was the french navy I think there’s a decent chance for something big like a JAS-39 or F-15

Aim120a/b is weaker than the r27er already in game in terms of range, pull and velocity. Afaik f4f ice never used aim120c.

Oh no the horror of 1 update not being centered around air, even though it was still a decently air heavy update.
Seriously the last 3 updates were either centered around air (Apex Predators and Sky guardians) or still decently air heavy (La Royale). It’s okay if this is a more ground oriented update.

We just got 2 new ranks for aircraft.
Meanwhile the other two branches got nothing in comparison.
But The F 15 is likely in my opinion to appear in game this year.
That poor F4 needs his reason to be a non top of the line vehicle anymore.

That’s why specifically asked you this, i could bring political issues in the argument but it has no meaning in-game. So im clearly talking in regards of nations, so all you had to do was give a proper reason as to why it should be in the Japanese Tree but you struggle to answer this simple question.
If i were to suggest an MiG-29 for Japan you would want me to give a proper reason as well.
