Depends on armorments because if it comes to the game without AIM-120s or IRIS-T or any of those crazy armorments then it won’t come with many counters because we already have them! Mirage 2000-5F, F-14B/F-16A ADF, etc but maybe the UK could get the Typhoon DA.2 as a counter because the Tornado ADV isn’t really a counter. But if the Gripen C gets the AIM-120A we could see a widespread introduction of active radar homing missiles and upgrades on aircraft like the J-8F getting PL-12, Mirage 2000-5F MICA, F-16A ADV AIM-120A, Su-27 with either R-77 or maybe MiG-31 with R-33, Tornado F.3 (Italy and UK) AIM-120, etc.

So Italy, Britain, and Sweden could get the JAS-39C!! I would love that just like the F-104 update! It would also be awesome to see Italy end up like how china will be soon with a whole bunch of 4th gen fighters! China will have the Mirage 2000, F-CK, F-16, J-10, J-11, J-15, etc while Italy could would have the JAS-39C, F-16, Tornado, and Typhoon
