Something wrong with J-11/Su-27?

I almost get a spade J-11
I feel that J-11 rolls very slow and it’s especially easy to broken her wings while rolling
How about the Su-27s?Any you guys feel that?

Wing breakage while rolling at high speed is normal I guess, F15 also has the same situation, I think you should not roll at high speed (over 1.2 mach).

su27 too but harder
