Im still confused how can your CONSOLE account be hacked and played on some RUSSIAN PC if your console account is not transfered to PC??? Like have no sense since you cant cheat on Console and you cant play console account on PC if you didnt transfer it before.

And that transfers haven’t been open for a while, but they were open for a short time as well.

You should contact and get help from Google Support (to restore access to your account) and in meantime you should get info from our support on what to do.
