Someone in Russia is playing on my account

So I am in need of advice. Ive been playing on WT for quite some time (years actually). Always feeding the snail when it demands it but I have a problem. I play on PS and a year back my laptop got hacked and I lost access to all my email addresses. Now this person has access to my WT account, all my 2 step verification is deleted on the gaijin app. I can not change my email address to a new one. I litterally see the guy use my SL and buying new vehicles. It came to a point whenever I log on I go and check streams and replays to see when last he played and what he played. I do not want to lose my account because I have spent thousands over the years in buying premium and premium vehicles. All I want is to get this sorted and do not know how

You should’ve fixed this, when it happened. This is when you lost your account, not just now when you’ve had them take your WT account.

I did not know that it would affect my WT seeing that it is on console. I am litterally in game right now watching how my SL is draining and how my vehicles are being researched and upgraded.

You need to hit up support then, and change all your passwords and enable the 2fa. You really do need the control of your primary email account too…

wait how is it possible for “cheater” to play his console account and cheat? I tought you need to transfer your console account to PC for it to work?

You should not be able to be logged in at the same time as somebody else. It would kick you or the other guy out of the session (that was at least what happened when I was trying to log in on my new laptop to compare the performance with the old one).
If you can somehow regain control of the email your account is bound to or the account itself, do it now and change the password to something difficult.
If you can’t (or even if you can) do the above, contact support immediately. I think you need an account to do that, so if you can’t log in to the support website, just make a new one. I say, make a new account for the support ticket, anyway, because there will be email notifications sent to the email bound to your account. The guy that hacked you can see them or maybe even delete/close the ticket.
When creating the ticket, mention your account and the email that got hacked. Add some personal info so that they know it is you. If you have bought something, nice, add what you have bought and the payment info (don’t add the full info, just the last 4 digits of your card, unless they ask for more), but make sure the guy that hacked you can’t see it (file it from a different account).

Oh, and never just leave your hacked accounts. Try to change passwords and unbind the email (if you can’t get it back) from services right away.

tbh get with a game master or mod and see if they can help you be pointed in the right direction

I am not kidding you. Every time I log in I have a new line up in my presets written in Russian. I see what he is researching and I see his matches in the replay section. I have screen shots from his IP adress on the Gaijin App. I can not change anything because he has disabled 2 step verification and all of those questions you need to answer to get your gaijin account back. He cant do anything other than play on my account. So I am not sure how he is doing it seeing that I am on console and I have changed all my info on Sony with a new email adress and everything. My console is not linked to other consoles. Thats why I am here for advice on how to grt this fixed.

Thats the thing. I CANT. he changed my email password

I did contact support over 4 hours ago and as usual they take forever to get back.

Have you transfered your account to PC in the previous allowances?

And that, you needed to fix. You need to highlight to the provider that it’s been compromised.

That’s not long, let them get around to it.

No I have not. I only play on my console

I have had support tickets that were open for months before I got a reply to be honest

You definitely want to pursue your email account and getting it back. Really, if you’re this lax on security in the first instance, maybe you should do a complete workover…

Yeah I have another email account that he can not access. Now I want to bind that account to my wt account so that he can not have access to it anymore

Get the first one back… Have you even chased up Sony in the first instance if you haven’t transfered from your console?

My war thunder email is only linked to the game. My console is not linked to that email. It has a completely different email to the game.

Ok I have just created a new account(one I am sending this from.) I will open a ticket now with all the screenshots of my purchases
