Please do not “bump” your ticket with additional messages. If you send ticket, you need to wait for support to answer. If you “bump” ticket with additional message without waiting - you will fall at the bottom of the line (your whole ticket will be considered as new).

Yeah I have not bumped anything or added anything. I am going to create a new ticket with this account with all the proof that the hacked account is actually mine and it is supposed to be a console account and not a pc account

What do you want me to do? I do not have access to my old emails. I need a new account to submit a ticket. If you do not have any suggestions or help then please refrain from commenting on this thread.

You left it for a year to have issues with your compromised email, and if you actually chased it up I’d hazard a guess you could EASILY get access to that email fixed.

You are telling me things I already know. I can not get the email back, I have tried the whole day. Google keeps on wanting to send verification codes to the email that he has linked to my email address and I can not change that. How hard is it to understand? It is not compromised on Sony’s side and I did say I never transferred my account to pc. My console is not linked to any other console. So whether he has transferred it I would not know. All I know is again: I can see that he is creating new line ups withing my tech tree because each nation will have a preset of vehicles labelled under a Russian word. I check every time when he played on the gaijin pass app. I can see it in the replays as well because I do not play Air RB. My vehicles will have different foliage on every time as well as for decals too.

Look, simple facts are you left it for a year, knowing the email was compromised. The creation of this new second account isn’t wise, and you shouldn’t have done it. Submitting another ticket on the new account with all the evidence you have isn’t helping the issue, you should already have done that on the other ticket, and you should’ve waited for that ticket to be tended to.

The timeframe it’s taken tickets in the past has no bearing and it isn’t relative as it’s likely not for the same reasons.

And finally, I still wonder how the PSN/XBox live accounts are authenticated, because I know with steam using the steam auth, they’d have to have access to my steam account to auth in that manner.

Yes I understand that completely. At that point I forgot about the WT email link in total. So what do you suggest I do? Carry on with my ticket on my hacked account where he can see it? Sony you can not change my log in details without me accepting the 2 step verification. He tried to log in to it a long time ago because I got kicked out of my game and sent back to the log in screen. When that happened I immediately updated my Sony account with a new email address from a different laptop. I even change my password on my Sony account monthly now. So no again my Sony account is not compromised

Keep on the original ticket, and recover the google account… You would absolutely be able to recover it if you know the details of it.

You were the one who left it a year to counter this… And they will acknowledge that it’s compromised if you actually push it through to them.

As I said, the loss of your gmail isn’t a lost cause as you assume it is, you’re choosing to leave it compromised, and you have left it for that long that you literally can’t avoid the point that was made.

It is a lost cause because whenever I want to try to recover it google wants to send a verification code to the email address that he has linked to to my email account. Unless that there is something that you can not tell me on how to recover it using an alternative method. You keep hammering on something that I already know and at this point your comments have not been helpful at all.
